Volcanic Gray TPU Color Change Wrap (GSM114)

Volcanic Gray TPU Color Change Wrap (GSM114)

Under showroom lighting, this is the floor turn that stops foot traffic: a grey that reads liquid under the downlights and architectural under the daylight strips. Volcanic Gray is the volume neutral of any range — the shade every other colour is measured against. Vehicles wearing it move through a space without shouting, yet visitors always end up standing beside them.

Finish and surface

The gloss layer behaves like polished clear-coat, throwing sharp highlights across body lines and a wet-look depth across bonnets, roofs and boots. Low orange-peel texture keeps the shine clean rather than hazy, so reflections stay crisp instead of scattering. It is a finish that rewards careful panel preparation — the surface returns exactly what is put beneath it.

Why installers pick it

• Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) construction with a self-healing top layer; the original paint stays protected beneath
• Conforms over deep bumpers, mirrors and recesses with controlled heat
• Gloss depth on horizontal panels with clean, sharp highlights rather than haze
• Suits machined-face wheels and works with either blackout or chrome-delete trim
• Shade stays stable through outdoor exposure and standard care routines
• Supplied in full rolls or cut lengths matched to your job list
• OEM and private-label programmes with your branding on the box

Where it fits

When a retail client wants a modern neutral that will not date, this is the shade to put on the lift. Its natural scene is the executive saloon, the performance SUV and the daily-driven coupe that need presence without novelty. For clients torn between black and silver, Volcanic Gray resolves the argument with the depth of the former and the restraint of the latter.

Supply and programmes

Order in full rolls or as cut lengths matched to a live schedule, with batch consistency ensured so top-up orders match the first install. Distributors and studios can carry it as their core gloss grey without fear of shade drift between shipments.
